The apartment is very comfortable, offering a beautiful living/dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a pleasant terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. On-site, you will find two large bedrooms with wardrobes and double beds to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The urbanization is totally gated and features extensive communal areas and beautiful gardens. The swimming pool is stunning, very large, it’s perfect for swimming and doing laps, but you might prefer simply lounging by the water with a book on a sunbed. The building has elevators and a communal parking area to park your car (there is no private parking space). You can also park for free on the street in front of the complex.
Although there are 2 restaurants just across the road, it will be necessary to have a car to access the beach and other shops, which are about 3 km away.
