7 person holiday home in VÅXTORP

A pleasant holiday home that is right next to Sjöaltesjön's swimming area. The cottage also serves as a meeting room for the local village association. Only a few steps away is the swimming area with jetty and barbecue area. From the long covered terrace you can enjoy the silence and the view of the adjacent ponds. From the entrance you enter directly into the open kitchen and living room. There is both a dining area and a comfortable, spacious sofa and TV. There is a fireplace, but you are not allowed to burn in it. There is a piece of styrofoam in the opening. Chromecast is available but own wifi is required. The kitchen is fresh and well equipped. All sleeping places are in one large room. There are two joined single beds, a bunk bed and a family bed. Here, too, there are sofas to rest in. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. A covered terrace runs along the entire long side. The cabin includes a substantial picnic table and grill. There is a Boule pétanque alley next to the house. The large parking lot is divided for three parking spaces for mobile homes. The bathing area is public and from the parking lot the path goes past the cottage to the bathing area. In summer there may be some bathers. The association's members sometimes have boules competitions here. The area is rural with both forest and open pastures. There are many nice walking and cycling routes here. Nearby is the Våxtorp community, which has all the services you need. Nearby is Kungsbygget's adventure park. Only a short drive takes you to both Mellbystrand's fine beaches and the summer town of Laholm. Lagan, which offers fine salmon fishing, curls here. The nearby Stensån also has good fishing. Fishing license applies. In winter, you are close to Vallåsen's fine ski slopes. You also have the nice summer towns of Halmstad and Båstad within easy reach. For those interested in golf, Laholms Gk is the closest.
