Cozy duplex penthouse with lovely sea view.

This duplex penthouse Appartment offers a lovely view over the sea and the mountains of the Tropical Coast. On the first floor you will find a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen and a living room with a balcony. From the entry hall there is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. On this floor the appartment offers a master bedroom, another bathroom and a big roof-deck with a beautiful view. As a plus, there is comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue outside under a pergola, which offers shadow during summer.
If you are travelling by car, you can use the parking in the basement garage free of charge. There is also an elevator in the building and the appartment is fully equipped with everyhing you need, including a washing machine.
La Herradura is a nice and quiet small coast village with a bakery, a small supermarket and the market all in walking distance from the appartment, as well as many bars and restaurants. The beach is close as well, only 150 meters away and the appartment offers you a parasol for the beach and 2 comfortable chairs.

Hemos estado muy cómodos y Maite es una anfitriona estupenda. La casa tiene muchas cosas positivas, pero destacaría especialmente la ubicación, la amplia terraza y la comodidad de los colchones.

Zum zweiten Mal - perfekt
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Maites Apartment. Wie beim ersten Mal war es einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Waschmaschine und Geschürrspüler sind neu. Auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz für den Mitwagen ist vorhanden. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreicht man einen Bäcker, die Markthalle, einen Supermarkt und den Strand sowie mehrere Restaurants. Als an einer Jalusie ein Defekt auftrat hat Maite dafür gesorgt dass die Reparatur innerhalb eines Tages erfolgte. Danke dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento está fenomenal en todos los sentidos. Acceso cómodo , dormitorios amplios, camas cómodas, y vistas fantásticas. La propietaria nos trató con mucha amabilidad y era muy fácil entenderse con ella. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y productos de limpieza.

Wunderbar und gerne wieder
Wir verbrachten 9 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt und erlaubt einen traumhaften Blick auf Meer und die Berge von La Herradura. Durch ihre zwei Etagen und zwei Bäder bietet die Wohnung auch für zwei Paare ausreichend Platz. Die Aussicht von der sehr geräumigen Dachterrasse ist grandios. Die eigene Tiefgarage erspart die Parkplatzsuche. Maikes Wohnung ist mit allen Dingen wie Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. ausgestattet. Auch Dinge des allg. Bedarfs waren zu finden. In der Nähe findet man fußläufig Supermärkte, Restaurants, die Bäckerei und die kleine Markthalle. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub, abseits des Massentourismus.

Lovely property. Great roof terrace views.
Great Central location in LA Herradura. Underground parking was very useful. Well equipped property, including kitchen items and beach chairs/parasol. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

Super Stay!
The apartment is within minutes of the beach and local shops, with great views over the bay of La Herradura. We found it to be very well equipped with all that you needed. Of particular note were the comfortable beds with cotton sheets and loads of pillows! Nice touches were tablets and liquids/powders for the dishwasher and washing machine. Also beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have rented expensive villas in La Herradura where nothing approaching this was included. Tips for potential renters - the spiral stairs give access to the master bedroom/ensuite and super large roof terrace. When you leave remember to unlock the car garage door before closing the apartment door!!! Thank you Maite and Sofia for saving us from a potential disaster.

The flat is in the middle of town. The upper terrace is fantastic. Easy to feel “ at home”.
Good contact with the owner. Sun is not coming directly into the flat, which I missed here in wintertime. But there are sufficient heaters. I shall like to come back. I stayed nearly 2 1/2 months.

Da waren die Ausblicke vom Balkon , wo wir in neuem Mobilar unseren Sundowner genießen konnten und die riesige Dachterrasse mit Grill , Schattenplatz und Liegestühlen! Unser Auto stsnd kühl in der Tiefgarage und wurde nur für die morgendlichen Ausflüge nach Nerja , Almunecar, Granada usw. genutzt , weil wir alle Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche zu Fuß erledigen konnten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr Geschirr , Pfannen und Gläser als sich üblicherweise in Ferienwohnungen befinden. Die Betten waren komfortabel , auch gab es genügend zusätzliche Kissen. Unsere Wäsche haben wir gewaschen - ruckzuck trocknete sie in der Sonne. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Strandtücher , die Strandstühle und die beiden Sonnenschirme. Sogar ein Beachball Spiel und 2 Schwimmnudeln fanden wir vor. Alles in allem : Es war sooo schön , dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Hasta luego!
