This condo is at the Hawaiian Inn Resort in Dayton Beach Shores room 111. The condo is on the ground floor and there is private door that leads from the room to the outdoor pool. The Hawaiian Inn also has its own beach access right from the pool area. The resort is kid friendly and there is usually something fun going on over the weekend. The condo is also only a little over an hour away from Disney, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center but there is tons to do in the area.

Wonderful ground floor condo! Very clean, the decor is very tasteful, it’s not cluttered, beds were comfortable!Manager/owner is wonderful, her communication was top notch:)

Perfect little place

Stayed for a long weekend with a girlfriend while visiting with my daughter who attends college in the area. The room was as described. It was clean and had plenty of space for clothing, etc. being able to walk right out onto the pool deck patio was very nice. The shower was very nice. The kitchen sink pressure wasn’t great but we were able to wash the dishes we used. Seemed well stocked but I can say as we only made eggs one morning. Beds were ok but the one nearest the door did cream when I moved - otherwise comfortable. The gate to go to the parking area is right outside the door which is convenient but also annoying when guests let it slam-can’t blame on the room though!!!! Otherwise it was fairly quiet. It was too cold to swim but the pool was large and clean and the Tiki bar was convenient for refreshments. A very nice stay and I would definitely book again.

I booked this unit for my brother, we loved it! It was perfect if you like being by the pool. Its so close to the beach gate too. The room was very clean and comfortable. Im booking this one for myself next time!

Poll shut down twice due to kids accidents , neighbors water mail broke no water for a few hours. Week ends kids in the pool no room for us to swim . all outside families come in and use the family.

This unit has it all! We did not lack for any amenities while there. We highly recommend this property -- Extraordinarily well maintained and up to date. Will definitely be back in 2025!

Great vacation spot!

The room was perfect for my family and had everything we needed for our stay and more! Very clean, easy access to pool and beach. The tiki bar and grill had great food as well. Definitely will be coming back and planning more trips here in the future!!

Great stay!

We have stayed at the Hawaiian Inn before and had a great time. We were a little nervous after hearing/seeing the hurricane damage but the property is still great! No kiddie pool which was a bummer but the pool and tiki hut are still wonderful! Our host was great with communication and allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after driving for 10 hours which was so nice. The room would be tight for 4 people but for my husband and I and our 1 year old it was perfect. We loved having access to all right out to the beach and pool. The property is updating security so half way through our stay they installed a lock to get onto the beach and to get back up, so make sure you have the updated password as they change it. We used the laundry facility which was a nice perk to have it onsite for a cheap rate. The area is looking pretty run down which is a bummer but there are still things to do- we went to puttputt, rented a golf cart, got ice cream. The only real negative was the restroom outside by the indoor pool. It was almost always out of TP and there were large roaches all over, so I wouldn’t recommend using it, especially with littles. Overall great stay, and we would love to rent this room again!

When we got to the condo, we were having trouble getting into the unit. Lock was very loose, and we couldn't get it to work. We tried to contact the host, but she did not answer. After 45 minutes we finally were able to enter the unit. We were supposed to have a parking pass in the room, but it was not there. The lady at the front desk was able to give us a parking pass and I told her I had my daughter coming the next day and she said "No Problem". When my daughter arrived we went to get a second parking pass and the lady at the front desk was rude and told us to contact the host. In the meantime, we got a notice they were going to tow her car. Went back to front desk and her words were "I don't have time to argue with you" so she did give the parking pass. We went out to eat and came back and the front door lock combination would not unlock the front door and the key given would not work in the front door. Finally, after 20 minutes we were finally able to get back in. The Condo itself is very clean and right by the pool. If the lock/door was replaced I would stay again.

Repeat renters

Property is still a mess from the hurricane. Be sure and check for current update. The walk to the beach access is a haul, due to the complex not allowing keys to all tenants for gate use. Room is great, fluffy towels, comfy beds and perfect pool deck access. Owner is quick to respond, and is honest about the property conditions that are out of her control. Definitely will be back next year.

Not a family friendly or safe property!

Pictures of room look nice, but property is across from a strip club. Saw strippers from club walking to work as well as in hotel lobby barely clothed. One night thought we heard gunshots. This was not a safe or family friendly property, we left after 2 nights of a 9 night non-refundable stay and paid to stay somewhere else. Also saw notifications in hotel that exterminator was coming through and water was to be shut off during our scheduled stay when we were not notified of this by the property owner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
