RENOVATED pristine cottage in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Cottage is very centrally located between downtown Historic Charleston and the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to great restaurants. This newly renovated home features 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 ADA compliant), large fully equipped kitchen with sub zero fridge, beautiful living room, top of the line washer and dryer, private
fenced-in backyard, plunge pool, and a separate dining area for family gatherings. Master bedroom includes king size bed, 2nd bedroom includes queen bed, and 3rd bedroom includes two twin beds. Entire home is furnished in a clean coastal style. This cottage is the perfect spot for a couples and family gatherings.

Great location!

The photos well represented this excellent VRBO. You are within easy reach of lovely parks, the beach and Charleston. There are a number of good places for dining out near by. This neighborhood and Old Mt. Pleasant provided us with beautiful walks. We hope to rebook in the future.

We love staying at this house

This was our 4th year renting this house. Once again we had a great stay. The house was extremely clean as always, well stocked, and comfortable. Great location, and we had great weather that week so we were able to enjoy the pool too. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or needs I hope to be back next year!

Weekend getaway

We came to town for a few days for a baseball tournament! Location was great quiet neighborhood and the pool made for the perfect relaxing spot to cool off. Very clean and nice house and the beds are comfortable too! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others considering this location!

Our third stay here was great as usual

This is the third year in a row that we've stayed at the house for a fall vacation. The house was a great space for three generations - me, my mom, daughter-in-law, and two toddler grandkids. We loved the pool and so did the kids. Great central location in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to return next fall.

Perfect home for our stay

Wonderful experience! House smells so good, is clean, super friendly home owners, and a great location for all the things we wanted to do around Charleston. House is roomier than appears in pictures and we loved the private dip pool out back as well. Highly recommend… we hope to stay here again some day in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was centrally located to downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s Island which we took advantage of! The home was beautifully done and very clean. It was perfect for grandparents and a toddler alike. Would love to stay here again next trip we make to Charleston!

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time in mount pleasant we couldn’t have found a more perfect home to stay in or location to everything. The owner was super responsive but honestly we didn’t need anything the whole time they had everything you could possibly imagine there to use. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely cottage

Very nice cottage with pool. Nice furnishings and large kitchen. A short drive to some excellent restaurants and some were within walking distance of cottage. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Jackie, our host. We were not disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was beautiful, plenty of space for the kids to spread out and have their own space. Backyard was beautiful but having access to the creek across the street was awesome. It was so beautiful and peaceful! Jackie was great and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Home and Area

We had a great time staying in Jackie's home. Her home is better stocked than any vacation rental we've ever stayed in, clean, and very comfortable. Mt Pleasant is a lovely town, so close to everything you would want to do on a Charleston/beach vacation, that also has great dining & sites to see. We enjoyed the Shem Creek restaurant area. We loved being able to use Jackie's dock, paddle boards & kayaks too. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect for a wonderful relaxing getaway

Perfect location for visiting Charleston, going to Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms! Thoughtful and well organized hosts. We were so comfortable in this home which had everything we needed. Immaculate, comfortable beds, hot shower, great air conditoning, back patio and easy to get to all our adventures. Access to Shem Creek boardwalk with table and chairs to watch the sunset. We were so comfortable in this home. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Easy check in and out. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. Highly recommended!

mother/daughter/grandma's 80th birthday trip

This was my first time booking on VRBO and I have only positive feedback to share! This was also the first time anyone in our group had been to the Charleston area! I can't say enough about our host Jackie! She was always attentive to my questions about the booking process and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area! As mentioned in the title we were on a girls family trip (6 adults) celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. We arrived after dark on a Thursday evening and didn't leave until later on Sunday. Jackie was kind to let us have a later check out time due to our late flights. On our 1st day, we took an hour long carriage ride. I would highly suggest that to get a feel for the city especially if you have someone who can't do a lot of walking. I would also strongly suggest making reservations even for lunch because there was always a wait everywhere! We actually spent a lot of time in Mt. Pleasant...sooo many wonderful restaurants near the house! One last thing...Jackie allowed us to use her kayaks (we didn't end up having time) and walk on her dock across the street in Shem Creek! It was lovely for sunset and so relaxing! I would highly recommend this property!
