It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. It also has access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air.

The bathrooms contain all the essentials for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This address is near several popular attractions, such as the iconic Luís I Bridge, the historic Livraria Lello bookshop, and the beautiful Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. Additionally, fantastic dining options are nearby, including Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its central location, this address serves as a great starting point for exploring all the city offers.

This property is conveniently close to public transportation with 24 de Agosto station just a 4-minute walk away and Heroísmo station a 5-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to all that Porto has to offer.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
