The flat is characterised by its elegance and comfort, with a living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, television and a dining table, providing the perfect setting for relaxing on a day after the beach. The bedroom, with its double bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobes, promises peaceful nights of rest. The bathroom is complete, guaranteeing functionality and comfort. The practical and well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, cupboards and a washing machine, making everyday life easier.

The flat, which can accommodate two people, is in a great location in Copacabana, one of Rio de Janeiro's main neighbourhoods. This pulsating and lively neighbourhood offers a plethora of dining options, from seaside kiosks to fine dining restaurants, as well as a lively nightlife and a variety of shops and markets, reflecting the joy and welcoming spirit of Rio. Just opposite the flat is the Galeto Sat restaurant, which offers great options for lunch. Close to the flat there are also several bars, markets and pharmacies, as well as various transport options for exploring Rio.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
