The Price includes:

- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Interior:
Villa Evelina has three floors connected by internal stairs. The ground floor welcomes guests into a majestic entrance hall dominated by the staircase set into the elegant structure of the villa. Continuing on, you come to the eat-in kitchen, with period furniture but equipped with modern appliances and with direct access to the garden, the dining room, embellished by the presence of a grand piano, the living room and, finally, the winter garden, which allows guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding landscape, with a breathtaking view of the lush garden and the lake that extends to the horizon. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, of whinch one with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. Continuing up to the second floor, you come to a double bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom with shower, and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with a stairlift to facilitate access to the various floors. Air condition in the bedrooms.
Park:
The 10,000 sq m park with manicured lawn extends to the lake, at the rear of the villa, like a timeless painting, where tranquillity and elegance come together in a perfect mix. Flowering bushes and plants create a chromatic mosaic that evolves with the seasons, with a dance of hues and scents. On one side of the villa is an amateur bowls court and then, continuing on towards the lake, you come to the gazebo which offers itself as a private refuge, immersed in nature. A sunbathing area, equipped with comfortable sunbeds, is an invitation to relax and enjoy the sun's rays, while the lakefront dining area reveals a picturesque setting for unforgettable dinners. The brick-built barbecue, an element of refinement and practicality, completes this convivial atmosphere, offering the pleasure of grilling outdoors against the enchanting backdrop of the lake. Finally, the dock accommodates the pedal boat, offering the possibility of exploring the waters of the lake.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
