This large apartment of 115 m2 for 6 to 8 people offers you all the comfort you will need on the 2nd floor of our charming mansion in the Cannes style of the 1950s; With independent entrance, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, an office space and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, toilet.

A kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a dishwasher, coffee pods and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A TV with Netflix and free WiFi are available free of charge. No worries for free street parking. Bed and bathroom linen provided.

Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information.

Access to the KOSY SPA wellness area, you can reserve 12 hours in advance to enjoy privately for up to 4 people in our new Jacuzzi, Sauna and Hammam area. 90€ for 1 hour with friends.

The kosykasa SPA les princes building is an apartment in a private residence which only welcomes vacationers. The establishment cultivates well-being and politeness among all guests whose charter of decorum is respect for everyone to respect the silence times.
This is why we have developed a SPA wellness area, which includes a jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam which can only be reserved privately for 1 or 2 hours.
