The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. A breakfast bar offers a convenient dining space for guests, making meal times both practical and enjoyable.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is appointed with a bath featuring an overhead shower, a toilet, and a sink, providing all the essentials for a refreshing bathing experience.

Bedroom 1:
A tranquil retreat, Bedroom 1 features a comfortable single bed adorned with soft bedding. A bedside table stands nearby for convenience, and a hanging rail provides storage space for clothes, keeping the room organized and functional.

Bedroom 2:
Elegance meets comfort in Bedroom 2, which boasts a luxurious double four-poster bed. Two bedside tables offer surface area for personal items, while a hanging rail provides ample storage for clothing, ensuring a clutter-free environment conducive to restful nights.

Garden:
The property's highlight is its expansive rear garden, offering a serene outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. Outdoor dining facilities provide an opportunity for al fresco dining, perfect for enjoying sunny days and warm evenings. However, it's important to note that there is a pond in the garden without fencing, making it unsuitable for children's safety at present.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
