Welcome to our charming, designer 2 bedroom home in the heart of St. Paul's Bay! Ideal for a group of up to 5 people, our cozy space offers a perfect blend of comfort & convenience.

Upon entering our guests are welcomed with a fantastic fully equipped kitchen leading onto a large sofa with Smart TV. Also accessible is a private balcony with side sea views, this apartment is literally 1 minutes away from the promenade.

Our home also features strong WIFI and 2 large comfy bedrooms !

Living Spaces| The tastefully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the plush sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.

Enjoy the use of 2 private balconies, where you can savor your morning coffee while basking in the refreshing Mediterranean breeze.

Kitchen| A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom with another with two single beds.

For over and above 4 guests, we will prepare the Sofa bed which is accessible in the living area making sure that linens and towels are also provided.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms. One being an ensuite which is connected to the double-bed bedroom while the other is accessible from the living area.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
