Amenities: The property is equipped with a barbecue, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. In addition, it has a garage in the same house for two cars for your convenience.

Entertainment: The living space includes a television and satellite channels for your entertainment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, from refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils.

Spacious Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The bedrooms are spacious, have closets, and the house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

We offer the option of bringing your own sheets and towels from home, or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.

Empuriabrava is one of the most sought after holiday destinations in Spain not only among boaters, but also among all lovers of water sports of any kind, or those who simply like to enjoy a lively holiday atmosphere but NOT in a big complex full of hotels. It is a particularly attractive small town, with wide avenues lined with trees and flowers, made up mainly of individual villas, with very few apartment blocks. A 25km network of navigable recreational canals runs through the streets, allowing owners to moor their boats at the bottom of their gardens.
The largest and most beautiful marina in Europe, in a privileged position in the sheltered Bay of Roses, is bordered by 2 km of splendid wide sandy beach, ideal for family children, and on both sides there are kilometers more of beaches, for bathers ,surfers and beach lovers. We are privileged to have the largest skydiving center in Europe, and visitors can fulfill their dreams by jumping from a plane by parachute accompanied by their two-seater instructor. A wide variety of bars and restaurants, boutiques of all kinds and several renowned nightclubs, and even the circus when it is in town, accommodate nightlife for all ages.
There are many supermarkets, local and international, and most are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. to 9 p.m. m.
