The complex is located directly next to the Marina and a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach.
All apartments have sea view and most also have a balcony on the landward side. The apartments are all decorated differently, in accordance with the taste of the owner and have a terrace or a balcony. The apartments are equipped with tv, open plan kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Some apartments also have a washing machine and dishwasher.
