- Flat is in the second floor in a newbuilt with lift
- Fully furnished and equipped with high end furniture and amenities (Bosch washer/dryer, hob, dishwasher, microwave), 55 inch new Samsung TV, pots/pans, crockery, cutlery, vacuum machine, mop - we live here so the flat has really everything one needs (please ask if you have any questions).
- OPTIONAL: baby bedside crib/cot and baby bath tub and other baby things if you would like to move in with a baby.
- OPTIONAL: large screen and keyboard/mouse for your laptop if you want to work from home.
- The flat is located in Sugar House Island which is a new development between Stratford Station and Mile End Station surrounded by parks (Olympic park, Three Mills Green) and canals in a very safe and nice area. There is a corner shop 1 minute and a huge Tesco 5-7 minutes walk away. Westfield mall and Stratford Centre are 15 minutes walk or 7-10 minutes bus ride away.
- Stratford Station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line) is 15 minutes walk or 7-10 minutes by bus (5 busses, so you never wait long) and Bromley by Bow (Central, Hammersmith & City, Circle) is 12 minutes walk.
