About this property

Our apartment named "L'Evi" is a comfortable and bright 2-Bedroom apartment (61m2), in the city center of Nice. The apartment is located in an art deco building called "Palais St. Philippe", on the 3rd floor with elevator. We have furnished the apartment according to our taste and with a lot of love and equipped it in the best possible way for you, so that you do not have to miss anything during your stay.

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash, via Paypal or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
