Caprarecia 6 Roma 21 June to 25 June,2024 host CleanBnB. The flat was advertised with 3 sleeping area,, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning. Upon arrival it was determined that the A/C for the main rooms was tagged out as not working. The A/C in the big bedroom worked but not to cool flat. The first shower flooded the bathroom because the drain was plugged. We did not want to flood the flat below us which made life difficult. A message was sent to Host advising them of he two issues. We never heard from them. Phone calls went unanswered. When shopping I found a bottle of drain cleaner and spent three hours to get the drain to function. It still did not flow properly but 5 adults then could shower with caution. With Rome temperatures between 90F and 100F A/C is important. I would suggest VRBO remove this unit from the inventory until things are repaired This did not run our time in Rome but made it unpleasant.
