The lounge has a double sofa-bed, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV, decorative fireplace and other furniture and direct access to the terrace, completely enclosed with large windows and views of the sea and coast. In this space there is a table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, mini oven-grill, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the house.
The apartment has 1 large spacious bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and sink, and a toilet and sink in a separate room.
