The apartment is located on the basement floor of a private house and offers a small patio with an outdoor coffee table. The entrance opens into the living area, which consists of a living room, dining table, and an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking. A hallway leads to the bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and closet. The layout is complete with a laundry room and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

A washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and mosquito nets throughout the house are at the guests' disposal.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
