🏖 Charming house by the beach 🏊♀️🧘♀️
Step in to an oasis in the heart of las Americas. A rare find in the most central location, only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Make the most of your holiday by enjoying a walk along the coastline, going for a swim in the ocean/pool, or chilling in our garden. The house has been recently updated with 2.5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living-dining space and a kitchen, plus 100sq m of brand new garden. New air-con units, speedy Wi-fi and modern amenities make this a perfect traveller’s pad.
The space
Our house is perfect for a Family stay or a relaxing holiday with friends. Please note we do not allow PARTIES as the house is located in a residential area. Stag-do’s and Hen-do’s will not be accepted!
Guest access
The guests have a use of the whole property and the private garden. There is also a lovely swimming pool shared between the residents of the complex. Guests will be able to access it for free.
Other things to note
Beds are very comfortable. We recently purchased three new mattresses.
