This is a newly refurbished home with, off road parking to the front for a vehicle.
full Central heating radiator system with new boiler installed. Carbon monoxide alarm over the boiler and smoke alarms fitted to ground floor and first floor stairway.
The kitchen spacious and recently renovated, with new appliances, kettle, toaster, Microwave, Cooker, Fridgefreezer, Washing machine.
Fire extinguisher, Fire Blanket and First aid kit at hand.
Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board also available.
Lounge is very spacious with newly fitted carpet, new sofa and wall mounted TV.
Upstairs-
Landing and bedrooms newly carpeted.

Bathroom has walkin shower with bathing products available
There is a separate toilet, to avoid those moments when the bathroom is in use.
