Julie's House is a welcoming 60m2 design apartment equipped with all comforts and with private garage parking. It is located in an elegant building in an exclusive and quiet residential area a stone's throw from the splendid Poetto beach, reachable on foot in just 5 minutes. Space
The apartment, reachable by lift from the ground floor as well as from the garage, is composed of a large open space where you can find a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed with bed base and double mattress, dining table, large peninsula with stools convenient for dining , have breakfast or also used as a work station. From here we can access the main veranda.

The entire accommodation is equipped with heat pumps, high-speed fiber WI FI internet, smart TV in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen is complete with every accessory: fridge and freezer, gas hob and hood, microwave oven, fan oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus juicer and everything you need to cook in style.

From the living room you can access via the hallway the laundry area (latest generation washing machine and everything needed for cleaning, ironing, drying clothes) and the double bedroom where in addition to the generously sized double bed you will find all the space needed for storage your clothes and luggage.

The elegant bathroom includes a large shower and is complete with everything. From here you access the secondary veranda useful for hanging out the laundry but also a pleasant view of the park.
