Welcome to our comfortable private single rooms. You can easily book and pay for your stay online. We will ensure that your personal access is arranged before your arrival. My co-hosts and I are always available to help with tips and recommendations for the best restaurants and bars in the area.

Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. In case of emergencies, we are available 24/7. While we are not a hotel, we offer comfortable and safe self-service accommodations. We also provide international guest support to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Nearby, you will find a wide range of fantastic restaurants (including delivery options) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This single room is in a fantastic location, close to the charming center of Tilburg. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it ideal for guests traveling by public transport.

Wander through the picturesque streets to the charming city center, known as the Dwaalgebied. Here, you’ll find a mix of trendy shops, design boutiques, and cozy cafés. Just behind this area are the main shopping streets, perfect for a day of shopping.

Cross the railway tracks to the lively Spoorzone, where you can enjoy a drink or a delicious meal in one of the many hotspots. Further along, there is a beautiful city park, perfect for a relaxing walk in the greenery.

Attending a concert at Poppodium 013 or an event in the Spoorzone? Everything is within easy walking distance!

The room is located on the first floor of a monumental building from 1931. The building was designed by renowned architect C.M.B. (Casper) van den Beld, who designed many buildings in Tilburg and won a competition organized by Heineken for the construction of a new hotel.

The rich history of the building is highlighted by the beautiful stained-glass windows in the stairwell. These windows depict various forms of transportation through the years and include the coats of arms of Brabant, Tilburg, and the Netherlands, giving the property a unique historical and artistic character.

Additionally, the building is designed in the influential style of "De Stijl," characterized by clean lines and primary colors such as red, blue, and yellow, making your stay in this property even more special.

This single room is ideal for solo travelers looking to explore Tilburg in style. It is tastefully decorated with modern details and sleek finishes, making it a comfortable home base after a day of work or sightseeing.

You can use the Nespresso machine and refrigerator for a quick meal or morning coffee. However, we highly recommend exploring the local cafés in Tilburg; I’d be happy to share my favorite spots with you.

There is also a kitchen shared with these two other guests. Everyone is expected to leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant experience.

Our single room offers the perfect location for anyone looking to make the most of Tilburg and its surroundings! Within walking distance, you’ll find plenty of activities such as laser tag, go-karting, escape rooms, indoor mini-golf, bowling, and a cozy cinema. Music lovers can enjoy performances at Poppodium 013, and for a relaxing walk, the nearby city park is the perfect spot.

Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find popular destinations like the Efteling theme park, Safaripark Beekse Bergen, LaTrappe Brewery, and the Drunense Duinen – perfect for a day out.

With the nearby train connections, you can reach Amsterdam in 60 minutes, Rotterdam in 35 minutes, and Eindhoven in just 20 minutes. Tilburg University is also easily accessible by train or bus in just 5 minutes. Of course, you can also use a bicycle, a typically fast Dutch option!
