Buttercup Cottage is set on the edge of the country’s largest village green, in the conservation village of Old Buckenham, boasting wonderful views of the 44-acre green. Nestled amidst the tranquil countryside stands this beautiful abode offering a retreat from the bustle of modern life, promising moments of peace and tranquillity to its inhabitants.
Stepping through the front door, one is greeted by cottage elegance, a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The cozy living room offers a sanctuary for lazy evenings spent curled up with a good book or enjoying good conversations with loved ones. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to enjoy your meals at home. Worry not, for those wanting to dine out, there are eateries just a short walk from doorstep. Upstairs you have two wonderful bedrooms and a bathroom. At the rear is a spacious enclosed lawn garden, the perfect place to unwind in the embrace of nature. Garden seating beckons visitors to bask in the sun’s warmth or enjoy al fresco dining under the canopy of stars.
This charming village setting, a quintessential English scene complete with a shop, a welcoming pub, a church and even an airfield for light aircraft use. For those with a spirit of adventure, the surrounding countryside offers a plethora of excellent circular walks.
