About this property
South Seas, Tenby - Five Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 10
South Seas is a fabulous holiday cottage, centrally located in Tenby within easy walking distance of the South Beach, town centre, harbour and Tenby Golf Club. This traditional mid terrace house has been sympathetically renovated throughout to a very high standard and makes an ideal base from which to explore Pembrokeshire. Tenby is a historic walled town renowned for its picturesque harbour and Georgian architecture. There is a choice of glorious sandy beaches with stunning coastal paths, or for the perfect day out take a boat trip to Caldey Island situated a few miles off the coast.
The centre of Tenby is a maze of narrow little streets with plenty of interesting and quirky shops to visit. In the summer, bars and restaurants set up al fresco seating and there is a wide choice of good places to eat.
Nearby visitor attractions including Folly Farm, Dinosaur Park, Manor Park, Oakwood and Heatherton, all excellent places to visit with children. Explore Colby Woodland Gardens, magnificent Pembroke Castle or take a boat trip to Skomer Island when the bluebells are out. There is a Tourist Information centre in Tenby that will give really good advice on all visitor attractions in the area.
