Outside there is a large balcony. Possibility of accessing the paved garden via external stairs, organized with table and chairs, barbecue, umbrella, ideal for enjoying outdoor dinners or lunches. Also on the ground floor is the internal uncovered parking space.
The price includes: property delivered completely clean, including water - gas - electricity utilities, wi-fi, bed linen and towels.
The price does not include: tourist tax (where applicable).
On request: mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per animal)
