Each villa boasts a stylish living room, complete with a comfortable couch, coffee table, and TV, accompanied by a dining room featuring an elegant dining table. Villa Palm Bay 1 boasts a 28 m2 heated pool (1.45 meters deep), complemented by 6 inviting deckchairs for undisturbed repose. The fenced yard of Villa Palm Bay 1 offers 4 private parking spaces, with an additional 2 outside the yard. Villa Palm Bay 2 provides 2 private parking spaces within the yard and 2 more outside.

Boating enthusiasts will find a dedicated mooring spot with a sea depth of 7 meters for their convenience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and 4 stand-up paddleboards, two of which can be used as a kayak.
