Elegant two-room holiday apartment, welcoming for 4 people in the “Collina Fiorita” complex, about 1km from the center of Sanremo. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a complete bathroom with bathtub, an equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. In the complex there are services such as swimming pool and tennis court. The swimming pool is open from 01/06 to 31/09, swimming caps are required to access. Bracelets will be provided to be recognised. In case of loss or damage, guests will be credited.
The tennis court opening hours are 9-12/2-8pm.
Associated with the accommodation there is free parking for guests.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and can be reached by lift.
Inside, the space is divided into a living area with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. The double bedroom is in front of us upon entering, while on our right we will have the bathroom with tub.
There is a balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with table and chairs to make the most of the outdoor space.
Via a staircase (internal to the complex) you can easily reach the swimming pool and the tennis court.
The "Collina Fiorita" condominium, born as a residence, is about 1km from Porto Sole and about 1.5km from the Ariston theatre.
A few steps from the center, the complex is very quiet and easily accessible by following the various directions along the route.
Inside we find a beautiful infinity pool and a tennis court.
