Large trees dotted around the gardens offer tempting shady spaces out of the hot afternoon sun.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Santa Fe offers over 250 m2 of comfortable accommodation with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air-conditioning is available in some parts of the villa including the open plan living and dining areas, master suite and two other bedrooms. Fans are available in other areas if required.The front door opens into an open hallway with the open plan living area straight ahead. To the right is a corridor leading to the bedrooms and the 1st floor.
The attractive and stylish open-plan living area is air-conditioned and has three sections. The fully equipped kitchen features a large central island with 4-ring hob and double sinks. There is also an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.The dining area is next to the kitchen and has a beautiful rustic style solid wood dining table and chairs seating up to 8 guests.
The lounge area is spacious but cosy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views over the garden. This area is stylishly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, some pouffes and a coffee table. There is a Smart TV, music system and an attractive fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings. There is the option to close off the lounge from the dining area with large sliding doors.
A door off the living room accesses stairs leading down to the gardens, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.The hallway has access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the end of the hallway, a few steps lead up to a quadruple bedroom with A/C.
Opposite this room are a few more steps leading up to another single bedroom with its own private terrace, and then up to a beautiful and spacious master suite.
This unique master suite offers a large super-king bed, a full bathroom located in the centre of the room and two dressing areas. Windows along three sides of the room fill the space with bright Mediterranean light.

Bathroom 1 – Master ensuite with two sections, the first has a bath & separate shower, the other has a toilet & bidet. Double washbasins are located outside the units.
Bathroom 2 – Family bathroom, large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet & washbasin.
Bathroom 3 – Shower room with toilet & washbasin.
GARDENS and OUTSIDE SPACES
A huge attraction of Villa Santa Fe is the fabulous outside space. There are 3,500 m2 of gardens with a fantastic 45 m2 L-shaped swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking as well as large lawned areas.
The summer kitchen includes a BBQ, purpose-built bar, large dining table that can seat up to 12 guests and ambient lighting at night, all perfectly designed to get the maximum enjoyment of outdoor Mediterranean style living.
The gardens are flat with large grassy areas and provide a safe place for children to play. There is a trampoline and basketball net in the garden. Guests can also enjoy a game of pool in the entertainment room situated at the rear of the summer kitchen.
The community facilities of Mas Mestre are literally on the doorstop and include a football pitch, public tennis courts and large seasonal outdoor swimming pool with bar and café area.
The adjacent Garraf Natural Park offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, cycling, hiking, and pony trekking while all types of water-based activities are available in Sitges.
There is off street parking for up to 8 cars including a covered carport.

- There is partial A/C coverage in the villa. Spaces with A/C include the lounge and dining areas, master suite and 2 of the other bedrooms. Fans are provided in other areas if required.
- A football pitch, public tennis courts and large outdoor swimming pool with bar and café area (summer only) are adjacent to the villa.
- Sitges and the coast are a 10-minute drive.
- The nearest supermarkets are a 5 minute drive.
- A car is essential for guests staying at Villa Santa Fe.
- The swimming pool is not gated and so children need to be supervised at all times by an adult.
- Unfortunately, Villa Santa Fe is not suitable for wheelchair users.
