Amber Apartment - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Apartment Amber can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it a great choice for a couple or a family or group of up to 4. 
The apartment has a combined living and dining/kitchen area.  From the living area you will access a large bedroom with a double bed, and if needed there is also an additional single bed. 
In the living room in the area under the loft, which is not available for use, there is a brand new double  sofa bed. 
In both the living room and the bedroom we have AIR CONDITIONING to cool the apartment down on hot days.
The bedroom is bright and has a large closet. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a snack or a full meal. It has a gas stove with 4 burners, oven and a washing machine. 
The interior space is informal and comfortable with a pleasant mix of modern and antique furnishings and a nautical feel.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 3 nights

Arrival between 18:00 and 22:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.



If you arrive by train, the Levanto train station is a 10 -15 minute walk away.   If you arrive by car, you can park in the municipal paid parking lot (Blue Rows) or in the free parking lots (White Rows) a 5-minute walk from the house.
