Giuliana's Cosy Apartment

Giuliana Cosy Apartment is located in a pleasant and quiet apartment building. The flat is ideal for 2 people or a family of 3. There is a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can also be used as a single bed for a child or teenager. The furniture is from the 1990s, but is in very good condition and pleasing to the eye.  

Giuliana Cosy Apartment is very close to shops, restaurants and bars i.e. everything you may need is within walking distance. The beach is 150 m away and the train station is only 450 m away.  The historic centre is a 10-minute walk away on the fabulous seafront promenade.

The cleaning fee includes 30 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights

Arrival between 18:00 and 22:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.



If you arrive by train, which we recommend as Monterosso and the Cinque Terre are practically all pedestrian zones, the train station is a 5 minute walk along the seafront. If you arrive by car there is a large car park (Fegina Parking) just 5 minutes walk away where you can park your car for €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards.
