Villa Celeste is located in Forte dei Marmi (Versilia coast), just 1 km from the beach. It boasts a small private fenced garden with lawn and pool (3 x 2 m), open from May to the end of September.
The pool is equipped with an internal hydromassage, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
Under the patio you will find a sofa and a dining table for alfresco meals.
Public parking is available along the street.

Internal Description

Villa Celeste is an elegant villa, spread over 2 floors, and furnished in a modern style. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and tv. Small pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright open-space living area with sofa, tv, dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen, fully equipped with: dining table, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. From the living area you can directly access the garden and the pool thanks to the French windows.
Following you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to the outside.
A guest bathroom completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bright double bedrooms, both with a terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.
Lastly there is a bathroom with shower shared by the two bedrooms.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (380.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
