Villa Chanel is one of the most impressive properties in our collection. This spectacular, ultra-modern designer villa enjoys an elevated position in Mas Mila, just a 12-minute drive to Sitges. A stunning infinity pool with a relaxing jacuzzi offers wonderful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.

Villa Chanel is arranged over 3 floors as follows and comfortably sleeps up to 10 people

This is a luxury holiday home that has been meticulously built to the highest specifications and thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its privileged position. It offers a peaceful and private location that is ideal for a highly relaxing family holiday and yet it's still very close to local amenities and world class holiday resorts.
Villa Chanel is just a 12 minute drive from the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and around 35 minutes from the city of Barcelona (Placa d' Espanya) and its international airport.

ACCOMMODATION
The extensive use of glass in the design means that every room in Villa Chanel is full of light and enjoys panoramic views across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The decor is both modern and stylish, with high quality furnishing and attractive parquet floors throughout.
Villa Chanel is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Ground Floor
Entry to Villa Chanel is either via the ground floor or the first floor. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining room that opens out directly on to the beautiful terrace and pool area.
The living area is stylishly furnished with a large comfortable L-shape sofa large enough to seat 8 guests, and the latest 3D Smart TV and surround sound.
The living area enjoys wonderful views over pine covered hills and lush vineyards.
The dining area is spacious and includes a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests.
The kitchen is to the left of the dining area and is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, including oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and everything else necessary for your stay.
The island in the centre of the kitchen is the perfect to sip a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful views across the pool and out over the hills.
The ground floor also includes a toilet with sink.

First Floor
The first of the bedrooms is located just a few steps up from the living area. This is a fantastic master suite with floor to ceiling windows that frame the panoramic views across the hills. This bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and open plan en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

Top Floor
The top floor of the villa is home to a further 4 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and with a large shared family bathroom.
Villa Chanel can sleep up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Master Ensuite with chaise lounge & walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - Large double, built in wardrobes & terrace with views.
Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with built in wardrobe and vanity unit.
Bedroom 4 - Twin beds with small wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 - Twin beds with small wardrobe.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 - Large shower, washbasin, bidet & toilet.
Bathroom 2 - En-suite, jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double washbasins, bidet & toilet.
Bathroom 3 - Toilet & washbasin on ground floor.

Outside Space
The centerpiece of the gardens is a fantastic 8m x 4m infinity swimming pool with adjoining jacuzzi that offers wonderful views across the hills. The attractively tiled pool area provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation.
Directly outside the kitchen area is a large dining table comfortably seating 10 guests and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is also a very cool lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.

The rest of the gardens that surrounds the villa have been left in their attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavender and thyme as well as the celebrated native Margallo palm.
There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars at Villa Chanel. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permits are required.

– The swimming pool is an infinity pool so children are not allowed around the edge of the pool and need to be supervised at all times.
– There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars as well as unlimited and free on-street parking outside the villa.
– Unfortunately, Villa Chanel is not suitable for wheelchair users.
