ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor:As you enter Villa Miramar, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The central island boasts a gas hob and provides ample workspace and storage to cater to your culinary needs. Enjoy casual dining or conversations at the charming kitchen bistro set. Just a few steps down from the kitchen, a sun-filled room has a dining table for eight guests.

As you step into the living room, you are greeted by a breath-taking panoramic view of the sea and Sitges from the large windows straight ahead. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable double sofas, providing an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. A beautifully designed fireplace creates a warm and cosy ambience for cooler out of season evenings.

The living room features sliding doors leading out onto a terrace fitted with a dining table and a BBQ chill-out area with ample seating, making it the perfect space to enjoy delicious meals and the great views.

Basement:
As you enter the living room on the first floor, you’ll notice a trap door on the left that leads to an exciting and unexpected space below. Descend the stairs to find yourself in another chill-out room with a comfortable sofa bed.

This recreational area is perfect for watching movies or playing games.

There is an office and a small gym, providing a convenient and comfortable space to work out or catch up on work.The office area has an air conditioning unit.

Conveniently, you can access the garden, pool, and summer kitchen/entertainment area from this level.

First floor:
On the first floor, you’ll find two nicely designed bedrooms. The first is a master suite featuring a private terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, making it an ultimate retreat. The second bedroom on the first floor is a charming triple room that is perfect for kids. It is elegantly designed, with a soothing colour scheme, double aspect windows, a large wardrobe and an elevated bed for extra space.

Second floor:
Ascend another flight of stairs, and you’ll find yourself entering a large and inviting suite perfect for families or groups of friends. The loft-style suite has enough space for four people to relax and unwind, with one double bed, two single beds and panoramic views from dual aspect windows. A small ensuite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower, makes this a convenient and private space.

- There is air conditioning in two bedrooms, the dining room, the lower floor and a portable unit in the master suite.
– There are restaurants and bars a short walk from the villa.
– 25 minutes in taxi from Barcelona airport.
– Trains to Barcelona from Sitges leave every 15 minutes and take 40 mins to the center of Barcelona.
– Bus and taxi services are easily available, however, the centre of Sitges is an enjoyable 25-minute downhill walk. The return is uphill.
– Tennis and padel courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities are close by.
– Unfortunately, Villa Miramar is not suitable for wheelchair users.– Villa Miramar does have a short steep drive way up to the villa.
– There is a space outside the house for loading and unloading only and unlimited on-street parking.
