Beautiful studio in the Gothic /Born area. Right in the center of Barcelona, a few minutes walking from Psg. del Born, Picasso Museum or Pl. Catalunya. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Wifi included as well as towels and bedsheets. Washing machine in the building , that you can use anytime. The property has elevator and our central. There is a parking space just round the corner( extra price)

The studio is located in the heart of the Born district, a few steps from the Santa Caterina Market. very central. There is a parking lot right next to the apartment (extra cost) where you can leave your car during your entire stay.

Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
