To the left, you’ll discover a cozy cinema room equipped with a huge Smart TV and a large comfy sofas, making it the perfect spot for movie nights.

Adjacent to this is a downstairs twin bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor.

Across the hallway, there is a conveniently located downstairs WC.

The heart of the home is the vast fully equipped kitchen and dining area, designed to cater to all your culinary needs. It comes with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, coffee machine, and more. The kitchen also features a grand dining table that can comfortably seat up to 12 guests, making it perfect for large family meals or gatherings.

For those traveling with young children, a high chair and travel cot are available (please note that bedding for the travel cot is not supplied).

The farmhouse also boasts a utility room with a washer and dryer, along with controls for the underfloor heating, ensuring that you have all the comforts of home during your stay.

The house is typically self check.

You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property.

You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay.

Please note there is a £200 damage deposit that will be collected before you arrive and refunded once you have checked out assuming there are no damages to the property.
