Welcome to our spacious retreat nestled in the heart of the Spa town of Tunbridge Wells! With 5 large bedrooms, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for large group getaways. Situated just an 8-minute stroll from the town center, you'll find yourself surrounded by a wealth of unique shops, bars, restaurants, and parks. Our prime location is a short train or drive from London and offers easy access to explore the captivating countryside and coast of Kent & Sussex.

The space

Arranged over 2 floors with large living/dining room, bedroom with twin beds, wash room, kitchen and office on the ground floor, with a further 3 double bedrooms, master double with ensuite and family bathroom to the 1st floor. The property also benefits from a private garden, large patio, double garage and parking for up to 3 cars. We are child and dog friendly.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
