The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The master bedroom features an ensuite queen-sized bed with a wardrobe and desk for your convenience. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a desk and wardrobe. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment is in a quiet street accessed by stairs, which is very common in Lisbon, known as the "city of the seven hills". The steps that go down take you to Marques Ponte de Lima Street, and the steps that go up take you to the walls of Castelo de Sao Jorge. From the steps on the way, you have breathtaking views, especially in the afternoon, close to sunset, when the light in Lisbon is orange and warm. Because of the hills and all the steps, the place is not friendly for people with mobility challenges, unfortunately.

Santa Maria Maior is one of Lisbon's oldest and most historic neighborhoods. It is located in the heart of the city's downtown area and encompasses many of Lisbon's iconic landmarks and attractions. The neighborhood is characterized by its narrow cobblestone streets, colorful buildings adorned with traditional tiles (azulejos), and lively atmosphere.

- Sé de Lisboa (Lisbon Cathedral): One of the oldest churches in the city, dating back to the 12th century. It features a mix of architectural styles, including Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
