Welcome to this house, perfect for the larger family who wants to enjoy both city life and the proximity to the sea! Located near the city and the sea, our home offers an ideal place for a memorable stay. On the lower floor, you are welcomed by generous living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable toilet for convenience. Upstairs, you will find the spacious living room where up to four people can relax after a day full of adventures. The room offers a mix of comfort with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. To further enhance your stay, you will find the house's bathroom in the basement, complete with all necessary amenities, including a laundry room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside in the large garden, there is plenty of space for relaxation and play for the children. They can explore and have fun while the adults enjoy a peaceful moment. For extra convenience and flexibility, there is also 1 guest cottage available on the property, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Please respect private spaces, and note that the fireplace shown in the picture is out of order and MUST NOT be used! While you're here, there are a few other activities to enjoy. Visit Kullaberg Nature Reserve with its Nature Center. No other Swedish city is as strongly associated with ceramics as Höganäs. Here, the kilns have been firing hot for almost two hundred years. At the Höganäs Outlet Shopping Center, you can buy glass and ceramics, books, clothes, sportswear, and kitchen utensils. On the premises, there is also a café, a fish shop, a thrift store, and a Ceramic Center. In the area, there are numerous golf courses. For those interested in fishing, the entire Kulla Peninsula offers fantastic sea fishing. Also, explore the Bjäre Peninsula, famous for its potato fields, often the source of the first new potatoes of the season. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor, ferries go to Hallands Väderö. Don't miss beautiful Mölle. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques, and several major chains.
