The luxurious villa has, from all the rooms, a beautiful view either of the sea or of the internal park for the guests' exclusive private use.
Mamma Olivina has two double bedrooms (one of which is on an attic floor with an adjoining bathroom with shower), two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), a very elegant living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a large orangery-living room that overlooks the garden with enormous windows.
The luxuriant park is built on an ancient lava flow from Etna and is a riot of flowers and trees of the Mediterranean maquis.
Here there are several lounges, tables, romantic corners, stone seats, an ancient cistern with a round bench, a 1500s tower, a playground, a vegetable garden, an indoor kitchen with BBQ and fires, and a glassed-in lounge with table and sofa. In this area there is also a bathroom
Finally, there is the mini-pool (mt 2,5 x 2) area, set in a niche in the park, among the lava stone, flowers and trees.
Mamma Olivina also has a private internal car park
