Unit 722 at Cinnamon Beach is newly remodeled from ceiling to floors with no expense spared. You’ll find custom granite, and custom cabinetry throughout the entire residence, truly making this coastal gem unique.

Step through the front door and you are immediately greeted with the amazing views of Direct Oceanfront living.

Brand new living room furniture complete with a 50" HDTV is perfect for unwinding after a long day of surf, sand, or lounging by the pools. The King Master Suite offers brand new flooring, a brand-new plush mattress, and a deluxe bath. This master features a private slider out to the balcony for watching sun rises or sea life at play. If your timing is right, you may even spot the right whale passing.

The Queen Bedroom has brand new floors, built-in storage cabinets and a full bath right across the hall. The 3rd Bedroom offers two new twin beds for extended family and friends. All bedrooms have HD Flat Screen TVs for entertaining.

Your private balcony is truly paradise as you are eye level with the beach and majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean! Just a few steps and you are on the sand soaking in the sun.

The condo has Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board and Beach Toys to enjoy during your stay.

Spacious and Beautiful

The condo was very spacious. We had an excellent view of the ocean. The condo was conveniently located to the crossover to the beach. IT was also close to Publix and several restaurants.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited the property management office last year with our dog. We were looking for a dog friendly longer term rental for this year. The property management staff answered our questions, met Bailey and recommended the perfect unit for us. We signed the contract and looked forward to our 2022 stay. We arrived and were very happy with the units location. However it was not clean. It smelled of mildew and the floors were dirty and sticky with spilled food. We cleaned the unit and were enjoying our stay when we received that a realtor wanted to show the unit. We were not told it was for sale. At the end of our first week we were asked to vacate. Supposedly because we had a dog that the owner of the unit did not allow. We tried to talk to the Scott, the head of the prop management co but he would not answer our calls or interceded on our behalf. The owner demanded we leave immediately and promptly sold the unit. We were forced to try to find a 3 bedroom dog friendly long term rental on the beach during the height of the season. We could only find a two week rental at double the nightly rate and had to return home weeks early. The conduct of Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental company, especially Scott, was horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Beautiful area

The condo was nice. Needs some updating, but was nice. Shower head has black mold all over nozzles, light under microwave didn't work, coffee or something down one wall on the kitchen, burned out light in kitchen, fridge filter expired--didn't want to use ice or water after seeing the light on the the fridge. Neighbors were super loud--with motorcycles and unfortunately--smokers. We couldn't even enjoy the deck.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place and location to recharge for a few days after a pretty crazy year. The condo was in amazing shape and it was as close to the ocean as you can get in the area. When we come back for another getaway, we will try and book the same place.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Cinnamon beach condos and again was very clean and comfortable. The pool be beach amenities are perfect for the kids. We found a spot right in front of our building that was free of the rocks. The pool was super warm about half way through the week but didn’t stop the kids. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was when we got there I don’t think the doors had been vacuumed because there was a ton of sand through out. We had to sweep and vaccine before bringing all our stuff in. We will be back as the price for the quality is great.

Beautiful property

Our overall impression was fabulous! We loved the condo and the entire property! It is a family friendly environment where everyone was respectful of the property rules. I really appreciate that!!! It is close enough to larger cities for other adventures the property doesn't offer. The condo was very clean but the balcony was pretty dirty...sliding glass doors needed cleaning, the tracks were pretty filthy and the floor needed to be washed down. Other than that, this was absolutely perfect and we look forward to returning! Thank you so very much!!

Ocean hammock

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed, and it was beautifully decorated. The only drawback was the large, sharp rocks in the water. The kids wanted to body surf in the water, but they would land on the rocks. My grandson cut his foot ( luckily not too badly).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean condo. The living room and master bedroom furniture was a bit worn, however, and there were no mixing bowls or enough plates or flatware. The management company was great and provided a stew pot when requested (our stay was for 5.5 weeks). There were 4 motorcycles parked in our parking garage for Biker's Week in Daytona and every time they started their engines the entire building shook. This condo is immediately above the parking garage, so it was most noticeable. Would it be possible to restrict motorcycle parking to the outside parking lot?

great location...nice property

Not impressed with the booking at one price and immediately on the internet it went down considerably. Sent a question to the Vrbo website and to the property owner ....neither one bothered to respond to our question. Seems to be mean we got "had", so too bad.! So we will look for another location next time.
