Kleines Häuschen mit riesigen Garten

Wir haben unseren zweieinhalbwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen von Selena zu dritt (mit unserem Sohn, 9 Jahre) sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung. Sowohl der Service aber auch die Privatsphäre werden hier großgeschrieben. Zum Beispiel wurde ein abendlicher Defekt an der Klimaanlage am nächsten Morgen sofort durch ein Techniker behoben! Super!!! Zur tollen Lage: Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und ungestört mit toller Aussicht auf Castagneto Carducci. Zum nächsten sehr schönen freien Strand sind es nur 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu den nächsten Supermärkten sogar nur 5 Minuten. Insofern: 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Wunderschönes Objekt,idyllisch im Grünen

Das Häuschen Casa Selena ist mit viel Sinn für Ästhetik eingerichtet.Grosser Garten, mitten im Grünen.Das romantische Dorf Castagneto Carducci wie das Meer ist nicht weit davon.Sympathische Familie welche eigenes Olivenöl produziert.

Un luogo splendido

Splendida casetta circondata da una distesa di ulivi alla fine dei quali si può ammirare la collina su cui si erge il paese limitrofo (suggestivo la sera con le luci che lo illuminano). L’ampio porticato, che funge da vero soggiorno, permette di integrarsi con la natura circostante. L’ambiente interno è curato e rifornito per ogni necessità. I proprietari sempre gentili, disponibili e discreti.

Nettes Sommerhaus für Strandurlaub

Das Sommerhäuschen liegt auf der Grundstück der Mutter und ist für einen Strandurlaub ausreichend, inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage, wobei die schlecht schließenden Metallfenster natürlich nicht wärmedämmend sind. Das Häuschen haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und entgegenkommend. Das Bett ist sehr gut und das Schlafzimmer abgedunkelt, es gibt außerdem Fliegengitter. Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig am Stadtrand von Donoratico, es gibt eine Bar/Gelateria, Enoteca, Restaurant und eine hervorragende Pizzeria in Fußwegentfernung. Ansonsten ist der Ort mit den beiden fahrtüchtigen Rädern erreichbar, bietet aber touristisch keine Reize, dafür ist es ins hübsche Castagneto Carducci nicht weit. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt auch einen gemauerten Grill, und die Privatsphäre ist überwiegend gegeben, man muss sich aber im Klaren sein, dass es ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb ist. Die Lage ist trotzdem weitgehend ruhig bis auf das ortstypische nächtliche Hundegebell von mehreren benachbarten Grundstücken. Wir empfehlen das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus besonders aufgrund seiner Strandnähe und guten Infrastruktur.

Charmantes und gut ausgestattetes Haus , sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wir waren in der Hoffnung auf einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub nach Donoratico gefahren und wurden zu keiner Zeit enttäuscht. Der Empfang durch die Familie war sehr freundlich und wir erhielten zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, schöne Strände, Restaurants etc. Zur Begrüßung gab es außerdem eine Schale mit frischen Obst aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und das Grundstück ist super gepflegt. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein und die Außendusche verfügt auch über warmes Wasser. Als der Kühlschrank kaputt ging wurde umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt. Wir hatten einen rundrum schönen Urlaub und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Ein herzlichen Dank an Gastgeber !

sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen

Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Generell waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und sprachen gut englisch. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten machen die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich und die Außendusche ist eine gute Erfrischung. Für uns war es total entspannend. Das Häusschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Sauberkeit könnte für unser Empfinden etwas besser sein und eines der Fahrräder hatte einen sehr harten Sattel. Wir waren trotzdem sehr Zufrieden dort und die eigenen Pfirsiche waren sehr lecker.

Ein toller Urlaub!

wir durften 3 Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Haus verbringen. Alles war perfekt. Das Haus schön eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Der Garten sehr gepflegt, der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Castagneto Carducci hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Die Vermieter sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Frisches Obst aus eigenem Garten durften wir genießen! Danke nochmal an die ganze Familie Socci, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Erholsame Ferien

Das Haus hat einen sehr gepflegten Garten wo man eine herrliche Sicht auf das Dorf Castagneto Carducci hat. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad kann man verschiedene Ziel in der Gegend erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen, und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Traumhaftes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Das Casa Selena ist ein mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Es waren wirklich alle erdenklichen Gegenstände vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es befindet sich in der wundervollen Natur der Toskana und hat einen schön angelegten und gepflegten Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und der Außenbereich ist super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist wirklich sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto sind Strand und verschiedene Städte unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil uneingeschrenkt weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke noch mal für alles :)

Siamo stati ospiti per due settimane ad agosto con i nostri due bambini. Siamo stati benissimo,tutto assolutamente perfetto Ambiente molto curato e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Siamo stati così bene che anche i bambini preferivano passare le giornate in giardino piuttosto che andare al mare. Una vacanza all'insegna del relax,un posto veramente bellissimo con un panorama da cartolina. Straconsigliatissimo!

Fantastica!

Ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente in questo alloggio tenuto benissimo, pulito e curatissimo, in mezzo alla natura. La proprietaria, suo marito, i suoi genitori sono persone estremamente cortesi, disponibili e molto discreti. Ci portavano la frutta appena raccolta dagli alberi della campagna e del giardino. Torneremo sicuramente!

Maisonnette extraordinaire avec vue sur le village de Castagneto, grand jardin calme où l'on trouve toujours un peu d'ombre. Grande tranquillité, douche extérieure, mobilier extérieur très confortable, idéal pour lire des heures durant. Intérieur sobre, joli et très confortable. Séjour parfait à recommander absolument pour découvrir la Maremme; les propriétaires sur le site sont de très bons conseils en matière de visites, de plages et de gastronomie.

"Questa casa è bellissima...

"Questa casa è bellissima e assolutamente da consigliare! Ho dimenticato di lasciare una testimonianza l''anno scorso ma m''importa tantissimo sottolineare la bellezza di questo luogo e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e siamo stati benissimo in questa casa arredata con gusto meraviglioso, giardino bellissimo con vista splendida sul vilaggio di Castagneto Carducci, proprietari molti discreti e incredibilmente generosi e soccorrevoli etc. La lista è lunga. Si tratta di un bel posto di partenza per scoprire la costa etrusca e le spiagge più belle, anche ideale per visitare San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena ... (si deve calcolare abbastanza tempo per andare in macchina, le strade sono piene di curve, ma vale la pena!) I proprietari danno dei consigli grandiosi quanto a ristoranti, spiagge, città da visitare,...)e offrono frutta deliziosa direttamente dagli alberi - impagabile! Consigliamo a cento per cento questa casa a tutti e speriamo di ritornarci presto! Eva & Gerald e bambini"

"Un soggiorno unico ed ir...

"Un soggiorno unico ed irripetibile!!!La casa è arredata in modo sobrio ma elegante ed è dotata di ogni confort. (Qualitativamente superiore a tutte le altre case in cui abbiamo soggiornato). Nelle foto che i proprietari hanno messo non si vede il bagno...molto bello, con una vasca da bagno angolare che ha anche funzione doccia. Il giardino è ben curato e si è immersi tra ulivi ed alberi da frutto (peschi peri, fichi..tutti coltivati in maniera Bio dallo scrupolosissimo sig. Rino, e da cui si può raccogliere e mangiare direttamente la frutta. L''arredamento anche esterno da giardino è molto bello e la notte offre uno spettacolo meraviglioso tra stellate mozzafiato e le luci in lontannza proveninti dalla collina di Castagneto Carducci. I proprietari sono due persone molto discrete ma disponibilissime,con cui abbiamo stretto subito amicizia. Abbiamo due gemellini di 15 mesi che hanno viziato e coccolato come dei nipotini e alla fine le nostre piccole pesti li chiamavano nonni!!!!. La mitica Sig.ra Lina (ECCEZIONALE!!!)ci ha fatto conoscere tutti i posti migliori (presentandoci come loro amici) dove poter comprare ottime fiorentine, carne freschissima, pesce, formaggi e verdure di ottima qualità, inoltre è stata disponibile anche a mostrarci tutte le spiagge più belle e i posti più adatti ai bambini. Inoltre ci ha viziato facendoci assaggiare tutte le sue marmellate fatte in casa e il loro olio. La casa è a 5 minuti dalle spiaggie e dalla città di San Vincenzo (molto graziosa) e i proprietari forniscono anche delle biciclette nuove. Per chi volesse fare gite all''Isola d''Elba affittano anche delle moto (Stupende...peccato che noi con con due bambini non potevamo usufruirne!!). I nosrti bimbi potevano giocare liberi nel giardino e raccogliere la frutta che mangiavano direttamente dalla pianta. E'' stata una vacanza meravigliosa all''insegna del relax...unico rumore che si sentiva? i grilli e un simpaticissimo galletto che dava il buongiorno (ps.il gallo è buffissimo perchè è addomesticato e non avava paura dei nostri discoli!!!).
