The House is set back from the road, with a gate and Chequers Victorian black and white tiles leading to the porch and front door. Lovely touch with a pull cord old fashioned doorbell !
The front door opens into a long hallway with wooden floors. The carpeted stairs rise ahead of you, the living and dining room is to your left, and the spacious kitchen and glass conservatory sit at the back of the house with doors to spacious garden.

Open plan living / dining area has large bay windows to the front and a large window looking down the side of the house to the garden making it a lovely bright room. A great space to relax, with a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and armchair. On chilly nights you can relax with a glass of wine in front of the gas fire (which is remote control), and don't have to worry about clearing up the ashes. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Iplayer, ITV Hub etc. and a Samsung Disc player for your enjoyment.
The dining area has a round table and 4 chairs for a sociable dinner with family or friends.

Along the hall is the light and airy open plan, fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons including: Rangemaster with 5 gas burner rings, 2 ovens and 1 grill, integrated fridge / freezer, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
A central island houses a butlers’ sink with mixer tap and there are four bar stools so you can sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

The kitchen leads into the "glass" conservatory bringing in more light, with a comfortable sofa and armchairs to soak up the rays when it's not quite warm enough to sit outside.
Conservatory doors open onto the secluded garden making it perfect for outdoor dining or for little guests to play outside. The garden is part shingle, part paved and part grass. There are 4 cast iron chairs and a table as well as some comfortable rattan furniture and a kettle barbeque.

Bedroom 2 is also a good size with a double bed, 1 bedside table, free standing mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The spacious dual aspect dressing room is filled with light making it the perfect space to get ready for the adventures that await you during your stay. There is a dressing table, mirror and chair for your comfort and plenty of hanging space.

The family bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, sink with drawers beneath and WC. Windows bring in natural light.
