The Landings of Largo is a gated, waterfront community in the Rock Harbor section of Key Largo. Located at mm 98 on the bayside. Landings of Largo is a one hundred and twenty-six unit Condominium Complex located in Key Largo. The Landings features two heated Pools, lighted Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Basketball Court, Bocce Court, Private Marina with Boat Ramp, Fishing/Sunset Pier, Club House, Fitness Room and Gated Security.
This non-smoking apartment is a bright, spacious, end unit with private balcony located on the second floor with gorgeous views of the pool and tropical sunsets. The unit is fully furnished, recently renovated, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The master suite has an adjustable king bed, 43" flat-screen TV and updated ensuite bathroom with a fully tiled (tumble marble) walk-in shower and vanity with quartz countertop. The guest room has 1 bunk bed consisting of 2 full-size beds, 40"flat-screen TV and its own renovated bath. This is a split floor plan with plenty of privacy between the rooms.
