The cottage is surrounded by the rolling countryside of mid-Wales, yet is easily accessible via the A470 that passes the property. This haven beckons outdoor enthusiasts with its plethora of walking trails, cycling routes, and the exhilarating Dyfi Bike Park just 7 miles away. Situated directly under the Mach Loop, keen plane spotters can enjoy the sights and sounds from the comfort of the garden. Anglers can indulge in local fishing experiences, while the quaint village of Cemmaes, 1 mile away, offers a pub, coffee shop, and convenience store for essentials. For a wider array of amenities and cultural delights, the historic town of Machynlleth awaits (6.5 miles). The well-equipped kitchen/dining space exudes rustic charm, offering the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. One snug bedroom is found downstairs, accompanied by a convenient wet room and WC. There is also a utility room and a separate WC. Upstairs, one twin and one king-size room await, each adorned with exposed beams and ample storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding bath completes the upstairs accommodation.
Outside, at the front, is a secure walled garden, complete with lawn and garden furniture, offering the perfect setting for al fresco meals or leisurely drinks beneath the open sky.
