This is a cosey cottage in the quaint town of Rickmansworth, with the unique feature of a river running along the end of the garden with a large patio area.
The cottage is also very well connected, with only a few minutes drive to the M25, as well as a 5 minute walk to Rickmansworth train station where you can regularly catch trains into London.
Other local attractions include Rickmansworth Aquadrome where you can take long walks and bike rides, as well as the Harry Potter Studios just a 15 minute drive away.
Self check-in, you will be provided with a key lock code prior to your stay.
Private parking (driveway) big enough for ONE CAR. The driveway isn’t big enough for a Van, so vans will have to use on street parking.
The apartment consists of a large lounge area with smart TV, broadband, comfy sofa and dinning area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas cooker and oven, microwave, toaster & kettle. Some tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are made available.
There is also a washing machine, drying rail, iron and ironing board available for use.
The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet roll, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided.
The bedrooms consists of very comfortable Zip and Link King beds which on request can be made into twin beds if preferred.
Clothes rails and drawers are also available to store your belongings.
Although smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation an outdoor ashtray will be provided.
Please be aware that there is no barrier at the end of the garden, so if you have young children, this may not be suitable for you. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents caused by irresponsible behaviour.
Please note you will be required to provide ID for guests and sign an electronic rental agreement to adhere to our house rules. £250 deposit will be required (except for reservations made on airbnb), this will be held in your account and returned back within 7 days.
