Oil central heating. AGA, 2 x oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. 2 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Note: Enclosed rear garden with lawn, the garden whilst it is enclosed is not secure to leave young children unattended. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 5.0 miles.
