Moon Field Lodge, Epworth, Lincolnshire, sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms.

Oil central heating. AGA, 2 x oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. 2 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Note: Enclosed rear garden with lawn, the garden whilst it is enclosed is not secure to leave young children unattended. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 5.0 miles. Note: The steps to the first floor are steep with a handrail on each side, please take care. Note: Step up to shower and WC. Note: Check-in from 4:30pm and check-out by 11am. Note: There is CCTV pointed at the driveway and main entrance, this is not in operation when guests are staying. Note: This property can only accept Friday and Monday check ins. Please note: The electricity supply is not suitable for charging of EV cars, there are charging points nearby
