Herdwick has a studio-style living space with a double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining area. There’s a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas water heating, air conditioning, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking available, and a wraparound garden with lawn, decking, barbeque area, woodburning stove, furniture, and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.3 miles. Herdwick is a perfect base for a romantic getaway. Note: There are steps up to property, please take care. Note: Please refrain from playing amplified music to respect other guests on-site. Note: Quiet time on site between 10:30pm & 7am. Note: Sorry, no stag/hen parties or similar. Note: The garden is not enclosed but the perimeter of the site is fenced with a large gated entrance. With the beautiful Chesterfield Canal flowing through, this charming community offers a picturesque backdrop for any holiday to this magnificent part of the country.
