Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Marco Island, FL and just a 5 minute walk (about 1/4 mi.) to the beautiful South Beach and the popular Marco Walk Plaza where you will find 6 restaurants and bars. This is really convenient as beach parking can fill up quickly. Beach cart can carry beach items on your walk. For those who prefer, there is a parking lot near beach walkway and also a car drop off area for guests at beach entrance.
This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den. The pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining. Pool heat is included mid December through end of March. There is and extra charge for pool heat April -Dec. 20. Contact owner if you wish to add pool heat.
Other amenities include, washer and dryer, 3 televisions all with wifi access, DVD player, wheeled picnic coolers, wheeled beach cart, beach chairs and toys, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests are provided with starter supplies I.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. This is a beautiful home and was built in a wonderful community. Enjoy nice weather, walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and just relax. We also have baby crib, pac n play, and high chair in request.
Our home is located a five to seven minute walk to the beach, restaurants, dine-in movie theater, ice cream shop, gift shop, mini-golf. It is about a 1 mile walk to the world famous Marriott Hotel.
Reme Halo air filtering system added to air handler. Kills bacteria, viruses, and mold in the air and on surfaces.

Great spring break
I took my twin daughters and their best friends on their final high school spring break trip to Marco Island. This house was ideal - walking distance to the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Owners had all the amenities we needed. Weather was absolutely perfect, too! I highly recommend this property!

Two weeks on Marco
The property is well suited for an extended stay. The heat pump keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature, even when the weather is cool, like the first week of our stay.The only suggestion I have is that a small amount of laundry detergent should be provided because renters are asked to launder the towels before ckecking out.

Beautiful home close to the beach
We enjoyed our time at this home that had everything you needed for a great stay. Excellent communication during booking and Patrick, the owner, was very accommodating which was appreciated. All the info you might need during your stay was in a binder which answered all questions you may ask while at the house. First time we had a seamless stay with not one issue or question. We would visit again without hesitation.

2024 Thanksgiving Family Trip
We loved the location, having the pool at the house and the beach within a short walk. The house was supplied with wagons, beach and pool toys, a crib, pack-n-plays, high chair. We loved it! We hope to make it a family tradition!

We loved Marco Island!
We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. We enjoyed staying at Patrick's place. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Decor was warm and friendly. The beds were comfy. The pool and outdoor area is a dream! The only negative was we couldn't turn the thermostat down. It was 80 degrees at night. There was a phone number to address this issue, but we didn't get around to calling it. Next time - yes, can't wait to go back- we will.

A safe port during a storm.
This was our fourth stay at this gem but Hurricane Milton didn't cooperate. We had to evacuate for several days in the middle of our vacation so we had to communicate with our hosts several times a day. Chris and Pat were available at all times to help us and made a bad situation bearable. They say it's during a crisis that find out what someone's made of and we found out these hosts are great people that cared about their guests. Looking forward to a little less adventure on our next stay at their property.

Excellent stay at Marco Island!
We loved our time at this house. The pool was wonderful and there was plenty of covered patio space. The house was clean and as described. We hope to stay here again in the future. Owner was very responsive to questions. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us and then some. 2 beach wagons were provided along with beach chairs. Lots of beach toys for little kids if you plan on bringing little ones. You wont be disappointed with marco island. We ate at the sunset grille, CJs on the bay, joeys pizza, la mesa and all were great. It was our first time on marco island.and we loved it. The beach is beautiful as well. The private pool was perfect to relax. Thank you.

This property was in a great location to the beach and shops. Literally a ten minute walking distance! Very clean and well managed. Quiet neighborhood with a very nice pool. I Will definitely stay there again. Very peaceful.

3rd Time is Still a Charm
This is our third time staying at this property and we love it. Staying here makes enjoying Marco Island easy! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the south beach access and a 5 minute drive to Pub subs. What more do you need.

Perfect FL family vacation
This is such great property, very conveniently located within the walking distance to the beach and the local restaurant (about an hour from Fort Myers Airport, and about 40 minutes from Naples). The house is very clean, and has everything, to make your stay very convenient and comfortable. We had great communication with Patrick, the owner of the property, and would definitely consider coming back once the chance comes up.

Another wonderful stay....
This is the second time we have stayed here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The layout of the home, comfortable decor, proximity to the beach, and quiet neighborhood is perfect. Marco Island has become a busy place (especially during the beginning of April), but the stay in this home puts you in a quite spot on the island, within walking distance of all of the action when you are ready to partake. We hope to stay here again.

First family trip to Marco. Home was perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Private backyard with very nice pool and covered outdoor space. Easy walk to South Marco beach. Host was kind and easy to work with. Would definitely return!

Family Getaway
Instead of Xmas presents I brought my daughter and her family to FL for their gift. My 4 grandkids range from 16 months to 9 years old. We had a wonderful time as all they wanted to do was swim in the pool. We did walk to the beach a few days but always went back to the pool and had to make them get out at 10. The house was fully equipped with a crib - pack-n-plays - crib sheets and a high chair. They also had so many pool and beach toys that weren’t broken which was sooo nice. They had a beach wagon and chairs and umbrella was used daily. We very rarely went out to eat because the kids didn’t want to leave but we did manage to hit all 3 ice cream locations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need from crockpots - pans and many utensils. And the grill was used almost daily. The walk to the beach was short and we did manage to break away for family pictures at sunset on the beach. They turned out beautiful! After they left I had friends for the second week for a week of relaxation which this Nana greatly needed. We did go to a few places for food and drinks and they never disappointed us. We all had a great time of fun - sun - drinks and relaxation. I would strongly recommend this location as the owners responded quickly and were great to work with. I will rent again for another family vacation but I suggest a new hide-a-bed does need to be replaced but we managed just fine with the kids. Thanks again! Relaxing Family Getaway
This was our first time visiting Marco Island but hopefully not our last! We had such a lovely stay at this home, which is saying a lot considering we traveled with three kids 4 and under! The pool and amenities made it so relaxing and EASY, and we were able to just soak up our time together. The beach, many restaurants, and delicious gelato were an easy, safe walk away, and we especially loved the restaurants right on the water. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday!

Great Location!
This was a very comfortable house that felt like home. We loved the layout. The kitchen was well stocked but we would have liked more microwaveable plates, as we heat up leftovers a lot. The house had plenty of plates but only 4 that could be used in the microwave. The best feature was the location: Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again.
