This delightful 86m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this busy city, including a large pool and terrace where guests can relax for as long as they need. It is located on the fourth floor and has lift access.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living area features a lovely sitting area to relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The two bedrooms are modernly decorated. The first includes a double bed, and the second has two single beds, all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Barcelona is an enchanting seaside city with boundless culture, fabled architecture, and a world-class drinking and dining scene.

It is a city with museums, parks, Antoni Gaudí landmarks, and other highlights. Barcelona offers more than just attractions and famous sights, such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, and Camp Nou.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Poblenou, is just a 4-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Please note that guests older than 16 must pay city tax, which is 6,05€ per guest per night (maximum seven nights) before check-in. From 1st of October 2024 city tax will be 6,90€ per guest per night

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property, We only allow Tobacco smoking in the balcony. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
