You will love staying at this spacious, light and airy flat just a short stroll from Kingston town centre and next to the University. This beautiful, recently renovated property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. With a free allocated parking space, you can easily explore the surrounding area and sights such as Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park, Richmond and Kew gardens. Or hop on the train for trains to iconic central London. Walk into Kingston for shopping, entertainment and dining.

The space
Welcome to my home and to this amazing part of Greater London.
This is a lovely 3 bedroom property, situated on the first floor of a period property.

With plenty of space to spread out, this attractive property has high ceilings and a light, airy feel. The design scheme is fresh and modern, giving the apartment a laid back vibe.

.--The Living/Dining Room--
The living/dining room is bright and spacious with large bay windows allowing the flight to flood in. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind so you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV, or enjoy a nice meal at the dining table, which easily seats 4.

--The Kitchen--
The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining area. It is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, including fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, pots, pans and utensils. Make yourself at home and rustle up a meal for everyone. There is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning!
We really want to ensure that you have a wonderful stay here in fabulous Kingston-upon-Thames.

--The Bedrooms--

The master bedroom includes a lovely king sized bed, full height original windows and period charm. There is plenty of wardrobe space.

The second bedroom contains a small double bed in a cosy alcove. Being a small double, this bed would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults. With a window overlooking the back garden, this is a quiet and restful room. There is plenty of storage, with a chest or drawers and a wardrobe.

The third bedroom is a large, bright room. The bed is a high sleeper, so perfect for older children and teenagers. It is a full size single, so will also fit an adult.

--The Bathroom--
The bathroom comes stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

--The Garden--
You will have access to the communal back garden, which is a good spot for ball games.

--The Parking Space--
You will have a dedicated parking space at the front of the property. There is no need to submit car registration number or use a permit.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

DURING YOUR STAY
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. We will try to accommodate requests for early check in or late check out where possible. There is usually a £30 charge for this.

£100 will be applied for late checkout, unless arranged in advance with our guest services team. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the property.

This property is in a quiet, residential area so parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
